Vitamin B Supplements May Prevent Stroke ?
The risks of getting a stroke were reduced by 7% on people that took vitamin b supplements. This does not sound much but 1 out of 14 people is much in my opinion and finally some more proof that supplementation CAN help improve your health and reduce the risk of getting a stroke.

This video below from 2009 did not find any evidence though. Always do your own research about these studies.
