Saturated Fats Are Bad?
Below you will find an article which states that saturated fats are bad. I don't agree with this. The brain consists of aroun 70% of fats and mostly saturated fats. Those fats like coconut oils are in fact very healthy and unfortunately many people believe differently. They are Effective as an anticaries, antiplaque and anti-fungal agent. They are right about the trans fats though
